At Aurora, our mission is to celebrate the essence of Colombian coffee by supporting women growers and delivering exceptional freshness, quality, and culture in every cup. We exist to bring people closer to the roots of coffee—its land, its people, and its stories.

ABOUT AURORA

Aurora was born from a dream shared by María Catalina and Martín: to build something meaningful together and bring a taste of Colombia to the United States. Our coffee is grown by women producers in Trujillo, Valle del Cauca—a region known for its fertile soil and strong coffee tradition.

We work closely with an independent, women-led coffee farm that inspires us with its dedication to quality, sustainability, and community. Every bean is hand-picked by women, roasted at origin, and shipped fresh—reaching U.S. homes.

Aurora is more than coffee—it’s our way of sharing stories, culture, and the soul of Colombia, one cup at a time.
